Where are you from: Rafford, Moray
When/how did you start orienteering: When I was about 5 I, my mum and I went to a local event. We started at the same time and then my younger sisters started doing it.
Best achievement in orienteering: Fastest leg of the JK relay this year (2025) as the anchor to gold.
Most memorable moment in orienteering: Being chased by 3 different dogs at World Unis Middle in Bulgaria!
Biggest rival: Immy Pieters and Rachel Brown, we have been rivals a long time and hopefully will be for a lot longer.
Biggest idol: Fiona Bunn as very smart, very humble, very speedy and absolutely lovely.
What is your hot drink of choice for the interview: Jasmine Tea

Go to sweet treat: A cardamon bun, or some licorice

Favourite Edinburgh Bus Number: I don’t often get the bus but the 5 because it goes to Princes Street and the Pentlands – everywhere I want to go
Pre-race ritual: Lots of jogging, lots of drills and lots of tuck jumps
Most recent google search: Tardigrades, because I was comparing my flatmate’s croissant earrings to one unfortunately…
What would you eat if you had one meal for the rest of your life: Proper crusty sourdough with butter and a summer bean stew. Very Mediterranean vibes!
Sprint/forest: Forest, because it makes me smile in a way sprint doesn’t
What is your worst orienteering experience: JWOC Long 2025 in Italy from heat exhaustion and cramps across my chest and back.
Favorite place you’ve been through orienteering: Gothenburg. A lovely city close to forests and the archipelago.
If you had a superpower what would it be: Flying definitely. It would be super cool to travel quick and float.
Dream sponsor: A bookshop (cool but impractical), Aldi or Salomon. There is many.
Favourite thing about EUOC: The community. There are always people around who are up for adventures and training.
New Year’s resolutions: Be unashamedly myself and fix my sleep schedule.
