Twist (Long Only) – Chasing Start!
Explanation
This week’s twist is a Chasing Start!
Everyone taking on the long course is required to turn up at 1900. Prior to the evening, I will have assigned everyone a start time (or start offset) based on previous sprint performances completed this FWTN. (I potentially may use ranking points instead but we will see how I get on). If you have not been to a sprint FWTN this year so far, I will use ranking points and my best judgement on where to slot you into the start order. Any EODs will likely be set off with or after the final person setting off.The first person to the finish (who does not self report an MP or similar) will be declared the winner and win a physical prize of some description. (The way the results will be added to the overall league are TBD).
