No loose control descriptions will be provided.
Timings
- The starts are from 18:15-19:00.
- There is an optional mass start on the Long course at 19:00.
- Courses close at 20:00.
Additional Information
It goes without saying that a headtorch is required, shoes with good grip and full leg cover are recommended, and don’t forget your dibber.
EUOC have some spare dibbers, compasses & headtorches that you can borrow, just send us an email.
Twist (LONG ONLY)– Runner’s Choice
Explanation
This week we will have a runner’s choice section.
The map will be double sided. On the first side, you will have the first section of the course as normal. After the map flip, the course will immediately split into two options for a number of controls before converging again at a particular control. You should look at both options, decide which you would most like to run, and run that option only. Once the two options converge, run the remainder of the course as normal.
