Additional Information

To reduce climb on courses, we are starting higher up by Dunsapie Loch. Those travelling by car may be able to park on the residential streets by Meadowfield park, but please be courteous to locals. Due to the recent fire, those travelling by bike/foot from the south/south-west will not be able to use the high road to get to the start location – please plan your route beforehand.

It goes without saying that a headtorch is required, shoes with good grip are recommended, and don’t forget your dibber.

EUOC have some spare dibbers, compasses & headtorches that you can borrow, just send us an email.

Twist (LONG ONLY)– One-man Relay

Explanation

This week the long course comes to you in the form of a one-man relay! Competitors will run three gaffled loops, providing some fun head-to-head racing. If you don’t normally fancy the mass start, please consider doing it this week – the more people we have, the more it will feel like a real relay.

Maps will have loops 1 and 2 on the first side and the 3rd on the reverse.
